Through a collaborative process the Provider Innovation and Accelerator programme™ will create a substantial and significant method of optimising engagement with the provider sector. It is based on real experience and outcomes and offers sound practical information and experience that can support citizens, carers, and practitioners and commissioners further their own thinking and understanding of self directed support.
What does The Provider Innovation & Accelerator Programme consist of?
The Provider Innovation Accelerator Programme is a programme of support that provides an in-depth but highly practical introduction to the changing commissioning environment, creating awareness of the need for change within delivery organisations.
The 6 month fast-track programme covers 9 key areas:
- Leadership and Strategy
- Creating a person centred culture
- Community focus and assistive technology
- Support planning and review
- Finance and pricing
- Human resources and workforce development
- Back office systems
- Marketing
- Reviewing and improving services
These key areas are delivered through a mixture of intensive highly interactive workshops, learning materials, action learning sets and several one-to-one interventions. The focus of the programme lies in the transfer of knowledge and learning to facilitate the acceleration and co-production of solutions between Providers, Customers and Commissioners in their work in addressing Personalisation.
